Simple, honest pricing.

Two flat 2.5% fees — one on primary mints, one on resales. No deposit, no monthly fee, no minimum sales volume, no payment-processing markup. The 5% cap is enforced in the factory contract.

Primary mint
2.5%
On every Founder Pass and Drop sold for the first time. Creator keeps 97.5%, paid directly to their wallet. Capped at 5% in the contract — we cannot raise it.
Resale on the marketplace
2.5%
On every resale of a Founder Pass or Drop. Seller keeps 92.5%, creator earns their royalty (you set it, 0–10%, default 5%), Owny gets 2.5%.
Your creator royalty
0–10% (you set it)
Your cut of every resale, forever. Capped at 10% in the contract; default 5%. Set once at deploy time, immutable per pass.

Verify it yourself

The fee cap is in the code.

The Owny factory enforces MAX_PROTOCOL_FEE_BPS = 500— a hard 5% ceiling. Any attempt to set a fee above 5% reverts on-chain. We cannot bypass this without redeploying, and existing creators' contracts stay on the original immutable rules forever.

The same hard caps apply to creator royalties: MAX_ROYALTY_BPS = 1000 (10%). Read the factory contract on BaseScan via the link in the bottom band.
