Creator FAQ

The five questions every creator asks first.

Will my Patreon members migrate?
Probably not — and they don't need to. YT Members and Founder Pass serve different fan tiers. Members is the casual €5/mo tier. Founder Pass is the superfan tier (€150 once). You run them in parallel; very low overlap.
How long does setup take?
About an afternoon. Sign in, deploy the Founder Pass (~€0.20 gas), set up Discord roles via Collab.land (~10 min, we generate the rule snippets), pin a comment with your pass link. After that, recording the 90-sec launch script is optional but recommended.
What if I quit making content?
Your contracts are immutable on Base. Past Founder Passes and past Drops still work — fans keep their access, their Discord roles, their archive. They can still resell on the marketplace. If you ever come back, you pick up where you left off.
Do my fans need crypto?
No. They sign in with email and pay with a credit card. Their pass arrives in a wallet we manage for them. They never see a seed phrase, a wallet address, or the word "NFT" in the buy flow.
Is this MiCA-compliant in the EU?
We've structured the protocol to avoid MiCA-CASP-licensable activity: no token issuance, no public offering, no custody, no investment framing, no yield. A Founder Pass is a digital access right, not a financial instrument. Dutch legal review is pending before significant volume.
